About Josh VanStraten
I've been designing homes for over 20 years now. I really enjoy taking peoples dreams and making them a reality!
Whether it's a ranch, two story, new build, addition, primary residence or vacation home we do it all here for you!
How it works
It starts with a conversation — your lot, your wishlist, and how you want to live. From there we sketch, refine, and turn it into a complete plan set your builder can price and build from.
Along the way you get realistic 3D views of your home — inside and out — so there are no surprises when it's time to build.
Based in Appleton, designing across the Fox Valley
711 Custom Home Designs is located at 1047 N Lynndale Dr, Suite 1B in Appleton, and works with homeowners and builders throughout northeast Wisconsin — including trusted local builders like Hennessey Homes and Hoffman Strobel Builders.
